CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

JOURNEY INTO POWER

Our signature, full-spectrum yoga practice that will leave your whole body, mind and spirit feeling strong, revitalized, energized and restored. You will sweat, work hard, let go, and leave connected to how powerful you truly are. Journey into Power is a heated power vinyasa yoga class with a balanced focus on alignment and flow. Class is designed to be challenging, engaging, and empowering for all levels of practitioners from beginner to advanced.

RELAX & RESTORE

This non-heated class will help you develop the healing deep stretch your body needs. During Relax & Restore you will hold postures for longer periods of time which allows for deep release in muscles and connective tissues. Time spent in this practice will result in improved flexibility and circulation. Props are provided to allow for support and relaxation.

DANCE CARDIO

We’re bringing the fun back to exercise and turning workouts into a party! In an industry obsessed with weight loss and calories, we’re here for shame-free, inclusive, sweaty fun! Every body is a somebody, and all bodies deserve to move. You deserve to feel good, so let your hair down, shake it out, and let the 305 community lift you up in this judgment-free dance party!

SUNDAY FLOW & MEDITATION

Sunday scaries are the anxieties one experiences on Sunday when thinking about the impending workweek, school week, or other obligations that await in the week ahead. This is the perfect class to get your mind right! Set up your week for success with this 75 minute fun flow and meditation class
