Sol Collective STUDIO
Thank you so much for your interest in being a part of our wellness collective! Our studio is a unique and vibrant space for wellness providers to rent and offer their own services to the community. This means that students will have access to a variety of health and wellness practitioners under one roof, providing them with a holistic approach to their well-being.
We offer both rental options depending on how often you would like to utilize the studio as well as host both off and on-site private yoga classes with one of our talented instructors.
Below are some details on hosting events in our space and how you can be a part of our wellness collective.

The Details:
- You will have access to the Sol Collective studio- front lobby with check-in counter, studio space, restrooms, fridge, dry-erase white board, speaker, yoga props, 8 foot folding table, outdoor patio, 10 folding chairs and patio furniture upon request.
4 weeks before event:
- You submit event form for approval and include title, description, duration, available times, any additional support or equipment necessary.
- You provide Eventbrite or ticketing link to Sol
- You provide any imagery, logos, headshots to be submitted for promotion purpose
- Sol posts your event on our website
- Sol promotes your event on social media channels by way of at least one Instagram & Facebook post per week.
- Sol sends Monthly Event calendar email to their database
- Sol puts Printed assets up in the studio.
- You submit 50% deposit of event
1 week before event:
- Sol does final social media push to promote the event
- Sol checks in and addresses any last minute needs
- You make Final payment
Day of event
- Sol Manager Contact if in need of assistance
Day after event
- Parking validations is totaled and payment is made if not prepaid
Cancellation Policy
- Deposit is fully refundable if canceled 14 days prior to event
- If cancellation inside 14 days deposit is non-refundable but can be used towards booking future events with Sol

15 minute set-up/break down included in pricing

1 event a month – $79/hr (3 month commitment)

2 events a month – $69/hr (2 month commitment)

1 event a week – $59/hr (1 month commitment)

2 events a week- $49/hr (2 week commitment)

Full day 8 hr rental – $559 flat rate
Private sessions with Sol teacher
- At Sol Collective studio – $155/hr
Parking
We offer validated parking in our secured gated garage at:

$2 at ticket – 1 hour and 20 minutes

$3 a ticket – 2 hours

$4.50 – 3 hours
